Pawsitive Impact:
This project involved navigating the initial phases of the design thinking process for a startup aiming to build a community support mobile application. Starting with user research and the creation of a user persona, I progressed to defining a clear problem statement and brainstorming potential solutions. The process culminated in applying visual storytelling to effectively communicate a proposed solution. Building upon this foundation, subsequent phases included prototyping and user testing to identify usability issues and iterate on the user flow, ultimately leading to the development of a mini case study. This experience demonstrates my understanding and application of the end-to-end UX design process, from initial research to iterative refinement.
