Iterative Design & Feedback Navigate Ambiguity - Continuous feedback and iteration are key when designing for complex problems.
In a collaborative team environment, I engaged in a multi-week project focused on addressing a complex "wicked problem" related to connectivity. Our objective was to design a novel digital product, either a website or mobile application, aimed at establishing meaningful connections between two distinct individuals or institutions. This involved a comprehensive design process encompassing problem definition, user research, ideation, prototyping, and iterative refinement. Through collaborative effort and the application of user-centered design principles, we aimed to create an innovative solution that effectively bridges a specific connectivity gap, demonstrating my ability to work effectively within a team to tackle ambiguous design challenges and develop impactful digital solutions.
